Real World Design
Promoting the MA and MFA programs at the George Mason School of Art
In an effort to attract new grad students to the MA and MFA degrees at the George Mason School of Art, I collaborated three cohorts to create a marketing campaign. We wanted potential students to know that the design programs at Mason are taught by and for real world professionals. From websites to environmental graphics to ad campaigns seen by millions, a Mason MA or MFA in Design means their portfolio will be filled with real world work. Because it’s not just a design degree. It’s their profession.
To create the marketing materials, we reached out to recent grad students and showcased their real world design experience. Our campaign included posters, print brochures, email newsletters, and landing pages.
With our new marketing campaign, the graduate enrollment had increased over 200 percent.

Donny is my go-to guy for anything web-related. What makes Donny so special is his ability to take my creative vision for my clients and translate it into cohesive site designs that stick to and build the brands. In a phrase, he gets it.
